Packaging : AroFOL® envelopes - bubble mailers -
They have a self-sealing strip that has its own adhesive and seals when pressure is applied without the need for additional adhesive.
It creates a secure closure on its own and are lightweight and protective used for mailing delicate items.
They are available in multiple sizes and present an alternative to traditional bubble mailers.
Arofol envelopes (also spelled "Airfol" or "Airofoil") are protective mailing envelopes that combine the following features.
Structure of the envelope:
- Outer layer: Strong kraft paper or plastic
- Middle layer: Bubble wrap padding
- Inner layer: Smooth lining to protect contents
It is used in packaging, wrapping, bags, boxes and is 100% recyclable and biodegradable and it has many differentr types:
- Natural (Brown) Kraft : has a brown colour (unbleached). It is strong and durable (paper bags)
- White Kraft : is bleached and is used for fancy packaging
- Virgin Kraft : is made from fresh wood pulp and it has the best quality
- Recycled Kraft : is made from recycled paper and it has a slightly lower strength
- Sack Kraft : is extra strong and is suitable for heavy-duty bags. It has a high tear resistance
- Coated Kraft : is has a water-resistant coating, it protects against moisture and is used for food packaging
- Extensible Kraft : is stretchable and it is used for flexible packaging
- Clupak Kraft : it is specially treated to have an extra stretch. It is very strong and is used for shipping sacks
GSM (Grams per Square Meter): Measures paper weight/thickness. Higher value means heavier/thicker paper.
